Bears lead by seven at halftime of tourney (The Springfield News-Leader)
Missouri State has a 35-28 halftime lead over Santa Clara at halftime of tonight`s Price Cutter Classic title game in Hammons Student Center.Tyler Chaney has eight points to lead the Bears in what has been a sloppy first half.Santa Clara has 12 turnovers and is shooting 32 percent from the field; Missouri State is shooting 48 percent with eight turnovers and has missed seven of 18 free throws.
