There will be big changes on the Browns` coaching staff even if coach Romeo Crennel survives -- and that`s not a guarantee. It`s no secret that the Browns have major concerns about several people on his staff, and one of the conditions of Crennel returning will be whether he is willing to go along with a major shakeup.
