Some preliminary investigation showed In vista, for sidebar with 3 gadgets (weather, notepad, calendar) is 13.5 MB / 61 MB (real/paged) For KlipFolio, with default 4 Klips after showing the tour, configuring weather, and showing a bunch of tooltips is 5.1 / 34 (real/paged). Your mileage may vary, and there are many parameters to consider. But, with every release we work to reduce the memory usage (while adding new features), so we are always comparing us to other to see our progress. Cheers,... Fred

Author: Adder Thanks Jeremy. The video was informative. I`ll try to create a seperate sidebar again. When I previously attempted to drag a Klip from the main bar though, as shown in the video, the Klip always floated back to the main bar. There must be a setting causing this behavior so I`ll just have to do some experimenting. Thanks again. {EDIT} I got it. I just wasn`t waiting long enough for the mini-toolbar to appear. DOH!

Author: Adder Thanks Fred. I got it this time. Is there any hope of the User Guide, the API Guide, and maybe even the Cookbook being added in PDF? If not, I`ll get to work creating my own custom version with Word (might even convert it to PDF myself ).

Author: TheEdge G`Day, - This was working in BetaC but for some reason it is not working in the final version - I have a dual monitor setup running Vista Ultimate - I have Klipfolio configured with a layout of `quot;Right Sidebar`quot; and `quot;Always On Top`quot; on my primary display. - However when I maximise a window (say notepad) on the primary display it maximises to full screen (over the top of KlipFolio) instead of all the space *alongside* klipfolio as I would expect. Anyone got any ideas? TIA

Author: mojomuse to be honest, i`d be pretty happy with liquid klips - if only they respected (and moved themselves accordingly) when you move the klip group towards the screen edge - as yo would surely expect ..? in this way, i could quickly bring my group back into 3 lines high and rearrange klips merrily to my heart`s content .. ps just tried rearranging klips whilst set to `quot;bottom bar`quot; and this was quite a good workaround. however .. it`s not ideal, since my preferred strip doesn`t reach right across the screen (so am left with a rather unsightly empty grey area to the right side). also, having done this, wondered if i then reset to `quot;free floating`quot; it might somehow keep the same arrangement, only lose the bottom bar setting .. alas, no
